We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Beauty by Bii understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Or for which clients are a “No-Show-No-Answer” will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount. If you are going to run more than 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment, unless I have room right after your scheduled appointment.
